Returns Eligibility
● Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
● Return requests must be verified and shipped within 30 days of delivery
● Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
● Proof of purchase is required
Returns not verified or shipped within 30 days will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
● Sale or clearance items
● Rider ID add-on gear (name, number, logos)
● Used, damaged, or altered products
● Gift cards
Exchanges
● Exchanges are available for size or color changes only
● Exchange requests must be verified and shipped within 30 days of delivery
Refunds
● Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business
days
● Original shipping costs are non-refundable

NSR Moto Co by Goon2Goat is committed to delivering your gear and merch as quickly and
reliably as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
Order Processing
Processing times vary depending on the type of product ordered.
General Merch (Apparel, Accessories, Lifestyle Items)
● Typically processed within 1–3 business days
● Excludes weekends and holidays
Motocross Gear (Standard / In-Stock Gear)
● Typically processed within 3–7 business days
● Applies to gear ordered without rider identification additions
● May require additional handling or fulfillment from separate facilities
Rider ID Add-On Gear (Name, Number, Sponsor Logos)
Some motocross gear may offer optional rider identification add-ons, such as:
● Rider name
● Rider number
● Additional sponsorship logos
These additions require extra production time.
● Orders with rider ID add-ons typically take 4–6 weeks before shipping begins
● This does not include full custom design or color changes
● Production time begins after order confirmation
● Orders with rider ID add-ons cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once
production has started
You will receive tracking information once production is complete and the item ships.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple product types (general merch, standard motocross gear, and/or
rider ID add-on gear) may be split into multiple shipments.
● Items may ship separately at no additional shipping cost
● Multiple tracking numbers may be provided for a single order
● Shipping times vary based on each item’s processing time
Split shipments are standard and do not qualify for partial refunds or shipping refunds.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and
selected shipping method.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:
● Carrier delays
● Weather conditions
● Customs processing (for international orders)
NSR Moto Co by Goon2Goat is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Tracking information will be provided once each shipment leaves our facility.
International Shipping
International shipping availability, rates, and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at

NSR Moto Co by Goon2Goat is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or
incomplete addresses. Returned packages may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier:

Refund & Return Policy (2026)
At NSR Moto Co by Goon2Goat, we stand behind our gear and merchandise. If something
isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on unused, unworn, and unwashed items that are requested, verified,
and shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
● The return request must be submitted and approved within 30 days of delivery
● The item must be shipped back (postmarked) within the same 30-day window
● Items must be in original condition
● Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
● Proof of purchase is required
Returns that are not verified or not postmarked within 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
● Clearance or sale items
● Custom or personalized items
● Used, damaged, or altered products
● Gift cards
3. Motocross Gear Safety Disclaimer
For safety reasons, protective gear (helmets, goggles, armor, etc.) cannot be returned if
worn, used, or involved in a crash, even if damage is not visible.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or color (subject to availability).
Exchange requests must be verified and shipped within 30 days of delivery.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
● Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
● Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
● Original shipping costs are non-refundable
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of
delivery with:

We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
7. Return Shipping

lost return packages
